Luna Guitars introduces the Art Vintage Parlor Acoustic-Electric, offering warm, crisp tone at just the right size, for any playing occasion. Providing comfort without sacrificing sound or style, the Art Vintage Parlor is designed with a smaller parlor body shape, distinctive rustic look and solid-built construction. Whether players are embarking on a creative session or traveling to their next gig, the Art Vintage Parlor is an ideal fit for songwriters and musicians alike.
A continuation of Luna’s popular Vintage Series, the Art Vintage Parlor Acoustic-Electric is a smaller variation of its Auditorium predecessor. Despite its compact size, players will enjoy a full, warm, and vibrant tone from the Art Vintage Parlor’s strong eastern mahogany body and solid select spruce top. Multi-ply Cream binding provides an attractive contrast against the Distressed Vintage Brownburst finish.
The set-net construction on the 25.5-inch scale Art Vintage Parlor helps with tonal transfer between the flat top body and neck, also crafted from eastern mahogany and offering a flat 15-inch radius that’s ideal for acoustic soloing and note bending. The 20 fret fingerboard is crafted from laurel wood, which offers a similar feel to rosewood, and feature Luna’s signature Pearloid Moon Phase inlays. Open gear tuners with aged nickel hardware add to the instrument’s rustic charm.
A dual-action truss rod enables the Art Vintage Parlor to be adjusted with the ideal amount of relief. The model offers a standard 1 11/16-inch (43 mm) nut width and a comfortable C shape. A bone nut and pau ferro bridge further enhance sustain and tone.
Luna balances the Art Vintage Parlor’s ease of playing with ease of electronic controls by utilizing the Fishman Presys II preamp with built-in EQ. This discrete system preserves the Art Vintage Parlor’s natural appearance and acoustic tones but still can deliver the bigger volumes needed on bigger stages.
Whether at home or on the road, every player needs an all-around, great-sounding guitar they can depend on to get them through shows, creative sessions, or whatever else life throws their way. In accordance with its practical design, Luna prices the Art Vintage Parlor at an affordable MSRP $599 ($399 street).
